L'opera è costruita su un paradosso: ruote per dire punto fermo.
Perché cercare il centro è in realtà perdersi e ritrovarsi nel dondolio continuo tra dentro e fuori, tra il presente e la propria storia.
Ma il punto fermo sono io e il mio centro è l'essenza di me. C'è la strada e c'è un uomo, che va in discesa libera nelle sue scarpe, ha il vento tra i capelli e ha iniziato il suo viaggio a rotelle. E' diretto a rovistare nel centro della terra, sicuramente verso il centro di sé.

The work is built on a paradox: wheels as anchor.
As a matter of fact, looking for the centre is actually losing the way in the nonstop swaying between inside and outside, between an individual's present and his history.
But the anchor is the individual and his centre is his essence.
F. Pessoa wrote "Travel is the traveller": there's the way and there's a man, who started his journey with his "roller shoes" and now goes downhill with windblown hair. It's a journey to the centre of the Earth and, certainly, to the centre of him self.
